Event Changes
The Local Organizing Committee for Mine Closure 2011 reserves the right to make changes to the program, speakers, or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each delegate if the event is cancelled. Should the event not be held for any reason, our liability is limited to the event fee only.

Cancellation
Substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations are required in writing. Registrants who do not attend the conference or associated events, or cancel on or before August 18, 2011, are liable for the full registration fee.

Publishing of Delegates Contact Details
All registered delegates will have their name, company, address, telephone, fax and email printed in the delegates list that is provided to sponsors. Please contact the Catherine Puchalski if you wish to have your details omitted.
