Visas

Visa Information

For delegates requiring a Visa to enter Canada, Letters of Invitation are available upon request. Please note that at least 4 - 6 weeks is required to process a Visa. Letters of Invitation will only be sent to the requesting delegate by email and will not be forwarded to the Canadian Embassy. It is the delegate's responsibility to provide all of the required documentation to the Embassy.

In order to be issued an invitation letter, the delegate must be registered as a conference delegate or student for MC 2011.  For registration, please click the Registration link. Letters of Invitation will not be issued to accompanying persons.

While the letter will be an official invitation, applicants are responsible for all costs of attending the conference.  Application for a visa must be made by the person to whom this letter is addressed, and directly to the appropriate Canadian Embassy/High Commission. The conference organizers will not apply for a visa on your behalf. For details, please visit the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website www.cic.gc.ca.

Once your registration is complete, please send your request for a Letter of Invitation to cpuchalski@golder.com.
